Nghe An prepares to receive nearly 400 workers returning from China
(Baonghean.vn) - After workers return home, the Provincial Military Command will receive them, take care of their accommodation and logistics during the 14-day quarantine period.
On the morning of February 3, speaking to reporters of Nghe An Newspaper, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Commander of Nghe An Province Military Command said that the unit is implementing a plan to receive workers returning from China. In Nghe An alone, it is estimated that nearly 400 people are about to return.
Military Region 4 has also established medical teams and equipped the Infectious Diseases Field Hospital No. 2 with a scale of 400 beds and 208 staff ready when ordered. Military Hospital 268 is ready to requisition 200 beds to admit and treat when the epidemic breaks out in the area.

After workers return home, the Provincial Military Command will receive them, take care of their accommodation and logistics during the 14-day quarantine period.
Previously, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc directed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to coordinate with the Chinese side on bringing Vietnamese citizens from China back to Vietnam. The international border gates implementing this include: Huu Nghi (Lang Son province), Lao Cai (Lao Cai province), Mong Cai (Quang Ninh province), Tay Trang (Dien Bien province) and Thanh Thuy (Ha Giang province).
Vietnamese people returning home from China by air will go through Van Don International Airport (Quang Ninh) and several other airports in the Central and Southern regions (except international airports).
As of the morning of February 3, 8 people in Vietnam have been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus, of which 1 person has recovered. The number of suspected cases - including people with symptoms of fever, cough and returning from epidemic areas - is 92, of which 65 people have tested negative for nCoV, the rest are still being quarantined.
