Speaking to Nghe An Newspaper reporters, Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Director of Nghe An Province Center for Disease Control said: All 3 samples of 3 patients in Chau Hanh commune, Quy Chau district that Nghe An sent to the Central Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology for testing for Corona virus all had negative results.These 3 patients only had common colds.
These three patients are all from the same family. The husband went to work in Guangdong province, returned home on January 16, 2020, and showed symptoms of fever, cough, and chest pain on January 27, 2020. The wife went to work in Taiwan, returned home on January 16, 2020, and showed similar symptoms on January 29, 2020... These three patients were hospitalized at the Quy Chau District Medical Center on January 31, 2020.
Currently, Nghe An is waiting for test results of 6 samples of 6 patients in Nghia Dan, Dien Chau and Quynh Luu districts from the Central Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology.
These 6 patients are being isolated, monitored and treated for symptoms at the Northwestern Regional General Hospital and Nghe An General Hospital. 6 samples were sent on the morning of February 2, 2020./.
