Accordingly, considering the proposal of the Department of Education and Training, the Provincial People's Committee allows students at all levels (Preschool, Primary, Middle School, High School, and Continuing Education) to stay home from school to prevent the acute respiratory disease caused by the new strain of Corona virus (nCoV).

- Time off: From Friday, February 7, 2020,

- Time to return to school: Assign the Department of Education and Training to closely coordinate with the Department of Health to monitor the epidemic situation nationwide and in the province to unify and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for decision; Authorize the Department of Education and Training to announce the time to return to school.

Assign the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Health, and the People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns to coordinate and direct medical facilities and educational and training facilities to organize cleaning and disinfection of classrooms and school campuses to ensure a safe learning environment after returning to school.

Assign the Department of Education and Training, People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to notify educational institutions in the area; Direct educational units to develop a plan for compensatory learning, ensuring content and programs according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Depending on the actual situation of each unit, the Principal of the Provincial Secondary Schools, Colleges and Universities shall decide to allow students to take time off from school when necessary.
