North Central Mobile Police Regiment receives Emulation Flag from the Government
(Baonghean.vn) - In 2019, the North Central Mobile Police Regiment organized 15 campaigns with 1,328 officers and dozens of vehicles to support police units and localities in fighting special cases, patrolling and controlling, ensuring security and order and fighting forest fires.
On the afternoon of February 13, the North Central Mobile Police Regiment held a conference to deploy the 2020 work program. Attending the conference were Lieutenant General Pham Quoc Cuong - Commander of Mobile Police, and Deputy Commanders of Mobile Police.
With the attention and direction of the Command's leaders, leaders of professional departments, the support of local agencies and departments, and the solidarity and efforts of the staff, the unit successfully completed all tasks in 2019.
In particular, the Regiment has maintained strict implementation of the duty, being on standby ready to deploy to perform tasks when required, organizing forces to deploy to perform patrols and control well, and strengthening the police of provinces and cities to ensure security and order. Specifically, it has organized 24 shifts of being on standby ready to deploy to perform tasks with the participation of 21,000 officers and soldiers.

Along with that, proactively grasp, analyze, evaluate, forecast the situation, edit, supplement, and build new combat plans close to the functions, tasks and actual situation in the assigned area. In 2019, the unit organized 15 campaigns with 1,328 officers and dozens of vehicles participating in strengthening support for police units and localities to fight against special cases, patrol and control, ensure security and order and fight forest fires.
Training is always carried out according to the program, plan and achieves the set goals and requirements.
In addition to the achievements, at the conference, delegates also analyzed and evaluated the existing problems, pointed out the causes and limitations, thereby forecasting and evaluating the situation as well as key tasks in 2020.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Van Dien - Deputy Commander of Mobile Police acknowledged and commended the achievements of the North Central Mobile Police Regiment in recent times, and pointed out the challenges in crime prevention and control in the current situation.
Accordingly, he suggested that the North Central Mobile Police Regiment should continue to be proactive in grasping, analyzing, assessing and forecasting the situation in the country and in the area of responsibility directly related to the tasks of the Mobile Police. Strictly maintain the duty regimes, be ready to deploy to carry out the task of absolutely protecting the safety of domestic and international political and social events held in Vietnam and the activities of Party and State leaders.
The focus is on the 2020 ASEAN Summit, Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 13th National Party Congress... At the same time, proactively develop forces, plans, weapons, equipment, and means to be ready to coordinate with professional units of the Ministry and local police to combat and destroy major projects and resolve sudden and complicated security and order situations.

To complete the above tasks, the Regiment needs to regularly innovate the content, improve the effectiveness of training and professional development in 2020 according to the program and plan set out by the Mobile Police Command. Focus on training programs to improve military techniques, tactics, martial arts, and professional skills; organize field trips combined with building, practicing plans and building the movement "All people protect national security" in 2020 in key areas, hot spots of national security and order, religious areas, remote and isolated areas.

Also at the conference, 3 groups and 14 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Ministry of Public Security; 10 groups and 56 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Mobile Police Command.
