The identities of the two men who were beaten to death and injured while stealing dogs have been determined.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 27th, Mr. Le Van Hai, Chairman of the People's Committee of Xuan Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province), stated that the identities of the two people who were beaten and had their motorbikes burned in Ma Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district) have been determined.
The victims were Mr. Tran Van Hung and Mr. Tran Van Minh (both residing in Hamlet 9, Xuan Thanh Commune). Mr. Hung was beaten to death, while Mr. Minh sustained injuries and is currently receiving emergency treatment at Yen Thanh District General Hospital.

Mr. Hung was married and had two young children. Mr. Hai also stated that the police had completed the autopsy and scene investigation. Relatives have received Mr. Hung's body and taken it home for burial.
As reported by Nghe An Newspaper, at approximately 3:30 AM on February 27th, residents of Dong Nhan hamlet, Ma Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, discovered two individuals on a motorbike attempting to steal dogs in the area. The residents immediately shouted and chased after the two suspects. The two suspects were apprehended and severely beaten.

When the commune police arrived, two young men were unconscious, their motorbike had been burned, and three dogs were dead. Both men were taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. Yen Thanh District General Hospital confirmed that one victim had died before arriving at the hospital, while the other suffered multiple injuries and is currently receiving emergency care.
Currently, the Yen Thanh District Police are coordinating with the professional departments of the Nghe An Provincial Police to continue investigating the case.
