Two more people tested positive for nCoV in Hanoi
The aunt and personal driver of patient Nguyen Hong Nhung have just been confirmed positive for nCoV, becoming cases 19 and 20.
The information was announced by the Ministry of Health on the afternoon of March 7. The 27-year-old driver and his 64-year-old aunt, both living in Truc Bach, Ba Dinh, had close contact with Nhung. The test results of these two people's samples at the Central Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology confirmed that they were both positive for nCoV.
The driver picked Nhung up from Noi Bai airport to her home on Truc Bach street and took her to the hospital. On March 6, she showed signs of fatigue and cough, and her sample was sent to the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology for testing. Her aunt was the one who took care of Nhung every day and, together with the driver, took Nhung to the hospital.
Thus, in less than 24 hours, Vietnam recorded 4 Covid-19 cases, bringing the total number of patients to 20, after 23 consecutive days without new patients.

Patient number 17 is Nguyen Hong Nhung, who returned from a trip to Europe and tested positive last night.
Patient No. 18 is a young man who returned to Vietnam from Daegu on March 4 and has been quarantined in Ninh Binh since then. He tested positive for nCoV this afternoon.
Regarding Ms. Nhung, 25 people in close contact with Nhung had their samples taken for testing, and on the morning of March 7, the results were negative.
The Covid-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee is implementing measures to control and isolate people in close contact with the patient to prevent the spread. Hanoi has upgraded isolation measures to a higher level.
