The Inspectorate of the Department of Information and Communications of Ha Tinh province, in coordination with the PA03 Department of Ha Tinh Provincial Police and the Loc Ha District Police, has just summoned Phan Duy Ng. (born in 1982, residing in Thach My commune, Loc Ha district) for providing false information about the Covid-19 epidemic.

Previously, at around 2:00 p.m. on March 7, after coming home from drinking, Phan Duy Ng. posted a video of himself drinking on his personal Facebook page, along with a status line about the Covid-19 epidemic having reached Loc Ha district. After posting, Ng. went to bed.
After nearly 40 minutes of posting, the above article had hundreds of views and dozens of shares. Many people were confused and worried about this information, and some reminded the owner to remove the false information.
Faced with such false information, the Inspectorate of the Department of Information and Communications of Ha Tinh coordinated with Department PA03 - Provincial Police and Loc Ha District Police to quickly search for and identify the person spreading the above information as Phan Duy Ng. to summon him for questioning.
At the investigation agency, Mr. Ng. admitted that he got drunk after drinking and posted the above content on Facebook with the intention of teasing his friend... for fun. Currently, the authorities are completing the file and strictly handling Mr. Ng.'s act of spreading false information according to regulations.
In another development, the police of Vu Quang district, Ha Tinh province, have just summoned Nguyen Van S (born in 1989, residing in Quang Tho commune, Vu Quang district) for spreading false rumors about the Covid-19 epidemic.
Specifically, at around 8:45 p.m. on March 6, Nguyen Van S posted on his personal Facebook page: Corona appeared in Hoi Trung, Quang Tho commune, everyone please pay attention.
Although S removed the content about 15 minutes after posting, the false information still attracted dozens of likes and comments.
Immediately after finding the owner of the above Facebook account, Vu Quang District Police summoned the subject to work. At the investigation agency, Nguyen Van S admitted all of his wrongdoings.
That night, because I got drunk and couldn't control myself and was worried that someone in the area had returned from Taiwan, I posted to warn everyone to do a good job of preventing the epidemic, not to get likes.
