Young man chased 2 women to snatch their phones

Do Luong District Police said that the unit has just prosecuted Nguyen Cong Hai (born 1995, residing in Thai Son Commune, Do Luong District) to investigate the crime of robbery.

On February 19, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu P. (residing in Thinh Son commune, Do Luong district) was traveling on National Highway 7B, passing through the People's Committee of Thai Son commune, when a young man on a motorbike snatched her phone and sped away.
After receiving the victim's report, Do Luong District Police established Project 220C to investigate and clarify the case. After 3 days of searching the area and screening the suspects, by the afternoon of February 22, the Project Team identified the suspect as Nguyen Cong Hai.
Police raided the house and arrested Hai on February 22. At the police station, Hai confessed that while he was in Thai Son commune, he saw two women riding a motorbike, the one sitting behind was holding a phone. Due to lack of money, Hai immediately chased after them on his motorbike, approached them, and snatched the phone from Ms. P.'s hand, then sped away./.
