More than 92,000 Nghe An parents participated in a survey about the time to return to school.
(Baonghean.vn) - This is the preliminary statistical result of the Nghe An Department of Education and Training on the first day of collecting opinions on the time to return to school for preschool, primary and secondary school students in Nghe An province and some related contents.
According to statistics from the Department of Education and Training, up to now, the whole province has 92,791 parents registered to participate in the survey to get opinions on teaching and learning organization, Covid-19 epidemic prevention and school return time in Nghe An. Of which, there are 28,411 parents of preschool level, 39,081 parents of primary level and 25,299 parents of secondary level.

On the first day, Vinh city was the locality with the largest number of parents participating with more than 22,000. Meanwhile, the participation rate in Ky Son, Nam Dan, Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Que Phong districts was very low, under 500 people.

This survey has 5 main contents, which are propaganda work on Covid-19 prevention and control of schools, work to ensure safety in schools, management of students when they are absent from school by schools, management of students when they are absent from school by families and direction work on Covid-19 prevention and control of the Department of Education and Training in the past time.
In particular, in this consultation, the Department of Education and Training also sought parents' opinions on the time frame for returning to school with 3 milestones: March 23, March 30, and April 6.

Through the discussion, Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoan - Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training said: The survey has many contents with many questions. Thereby, helping the industry grasp the issue of epidemic prevention and control implementation of schools; management of students of schools during school breaks as well as family management of students.
This is also the most honest and objective form of survey between family and society to help schools do better in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic.
According to the plan, the survey will end before 2:00 p.m. on March 15, 2019 and will be the basis for the Department of Education and Training to advise the province on developing plans to deal with the Covid-19 epidemic in the coming time.
