Hanoi City Police said they have decided to prosecute the case and prosecute Nguyen Thi Mai Anh (born in 1979; residing in My Dinh 2 Urban Area, Nam Tu Liem) for the crimes of "Forging seals and documents of agencies and organizations" and "Using fake seals or documents of agencies and organizations"; and at the same time issued a wanted notice for Nguyen Thi Mai Anh, because the subject has fled her place of residence.

After that, this group created fake psychiatric medical records of a number of prisoners and subjects with criminal records.
