6 hotels in Nghe An provide 300 rooms as quarantine areas to prevent Covid-19
(Baonghean.vn) - Joining hands to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic, up to now, in the province, there have been 6 accommodation establishments of 2 stars or higher registered to provide over 300 rooms as places to quarantine against the Covid-19 epidemic with a fee at a support price for those temporarily quarantined.
On March 19, the Department of Tourism issued an official dispatch directing tourism businesses, tourist areas, attractions and service establishments recognized as meeting standards for serving tourists in the province to continue to promote measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic.

The document requires directors of units and enterprises to regularly monitor the situation closely, update information promptly through official channels, have plans for prevention and control and measures to ensure the health and safety of workers and tourists; proactively coordinate with local authorities and competent agencies in disease prevention and control; guide and check the health declaration of foreign visitors entering Vietnam when checking in; strictly implement the provisions of the Law on Tourism on non-discrimination against tourists, and not to discriminate against or refuse to serve foreign tourists.
When detecting tourists with suspected signs of Covid-19 infection, they must immediately report to the Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control via the Department of Health hotline:0966.641.414and Provincial Center for Disease Control:0912.330.451.
