Party Congress of Tuong Duong District Government for the 2020-2025 term
(Baonghean.vn) - The 36th Congress of the Party Committee of the Government of Tuong Duong district, term 2020-2025, determined the goal of building a united collective, maintaining discipline, upholding the spirit of responsibility in serving the people, promoting democracy and creativity to build a strong, effective and efficient organization.
On the afternoon of March 24, the Party Committee of Tuong Duong District Government held the 36th Congress, term 2020-2025.
Attending the Congress were comrades: Nguyen Van Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tuong Duong district; Phan Duc Son - Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the District People's Committee and party members in the Party Committee of the Government.

The Party Committee of the Tuong Duong District Government has 14 Party cells with 102 Party members. During the past term, the Party Committee has coordinated well with the Head of the Agency to direct Party cells, departments, and professional offices to advise the District People's Committee to implement economic, social, defense, and security targets in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels. By 2020, 17/19 targets were achieved and exceeded.

Specifically, administrative reform has made much progress; Continue to promote the application of IT in the direction and operation of the District People's Committee. Put the one-stop transaction center into operation in an orderly manner, gradually promoting efficiency, building trust of citizens and businesses when coming to transact.
Political security and social order and safety in the agency are ensured, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development and successfully completing the political tasks of the Party Committee.
Grassroots democracy in agencies is enhanced, the mastery of cadres, civil servants and workers is promoted; the fight against bureaucracy, corruption, waste, harassment and other negative manifestations is of concern to Party Committees and leaders of units.
Political and ideological education for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers is regularly given attention by the Party Committee, closely linked to the implementation of Resolution 4 of the 12th Central Committee, Directive 05 of the Central Committee, and Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

The Party Committee has proactively participated in building and leading the implementation of policies on organizational improvement, apparatus arrangement and operating regulations of the agency. During the term, 23 new managers were appointed; 7 managers were reappointed.
The work of training, fostering cadres and developing party members has been increasingly better taken care of. The work of managing party members has been strengthened through the assignment of tasks. The work of inspection and supervision has been strengthened and has been effective, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of party work in the Party Committee.

Continuing to promote the achievements of the past term, in the next term, the Government Party Committee will continue to focus all resources to build the Party Committee into a united collective; maintain discipline of state administrative agencies, uphold the spirit of responsibility in serving the people, promote democracy and creativity to build a strong, effective and efficient Government Party Committee.
The Congress identified the main targets:100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers are thoroughly informed and study the Party's directives and resolutions, the State's laws; Lead and direct Party cells, departments and professional offices to advise the District People's Committee to complete the targets of the Resolution of the 27th District Party Congress, term 2020-2025; Every year, 90% of Party cells complete their tasks well or better, there are no weak Party cells; over 80% of Party members complete their tasks well, 15-20% complete their tasks excellently; 80% of cadres and civil servants in the Party Committee complete their tasks well or better; Mass organizations are ranked as good or better; 100% of departments, offices, agencies and units are ranked as good or better by superiors; Strive to build Government agencies to achieve the title every year“Cultural unit”…
