Announcing detailed planning for construction of Tri Le Industrial Park (Anh Son)
(Baonghean.vn) - The Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone requested the leaders of Anh Son district to organize the placement of markers according to regulations and properly manage the planning boundary markers. The detailed planning project of Tri Le Industrial Park was held on the morning of March 25, in Khai Son commune, Anh Son district (Nghe An).
Attending the announcement ceremony were representatives of the Provincial People's Committee Office, relevant departments and branches, representatives of Anh Son district leaders, MDF Nghe An Wood Joint Stock Company and representatives of residential communities in the planning area.

According to the detailed construction planning project at a scale of 1/500, Tri Le Industrial Park in Khai Son commune hasTotal area 106.95 ha, North and West bordering Lam River, South bordering National Highway 7; East bordering Tri Le Industrial Park planning road.
As a multi-industry, multi-profession industrial park, the project dedicates nearly 80 hectares to build industrial factories; 1.88 hectares to build administrative and service works; 2.82 hectares to build housing for workers; 2.8 hectares to build technical infrastructure and 10.91 hectares to arrange trees.

It is expected that when the Industrial Park is implemented, there will be 2 traffic routes connecting from National Highway 7 and from Ho Chi Minh Road to the functional area of the project; there will be 1 water plant serving the 4,000 m3 factory.3water/day and night, wastewater treatment plant 2,000 m3/day and night. Tri Le Industrial Park prioritizes attracting projects with manufacturing industries such as construction materials, mineral exploitation, agricultural and forestry processing, mechanical and electronic manufacturing and industries that use a lot of labor and locally available raw materials.

Appreciating the significance of the project, the People's Committee of Anh Son district and Khai Son commune committed to performing their management functions well according to the planning, but also requested the province to pay attention to investing in synchronous technical infrastructure and traffic connections to create favorable conditions for attracting investment; requested the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone to support the district in calling for and attracting investors that the industrial park prioritizes to take advantage of local potential advantages and create conditions for economic development and jobs for local children./.
