On April 11, the interdisciplinary delegation of Nghi Loc District People's Committee inspected and punished many cases of non-compliance with Directive No. 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister.

Accordingly, in Nghi Trung Doan commune, the Doan group fined 2 cafes, each 5 million VND. In Quan Hanh town, the Doan group fined Toan Cau phone store 7.5 million VND and in Nghi Dien commune, they fined 1 phone store 5 million VND.

A representative of the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Nghi Loc district said: These are cases where the authorities had previously warned and warned but still did not comply.

Therefore, we base on the provisions of Point c, Clause 4, Article 11 of Decree No. 176/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 of the Prime Minister "Failure to implement the Decision on applying measures to temporarily suspend business and service activities in public places to prevent and fight the epidemic" with a fine of 5 - 10 million VND for handling.

On the same day, the interdisciplinary team of Nghi Loc District People's Committee fined 3 people for not wearing masks in public places, each case fined 200,000 VND.

Thus, the total fine for cases of non-compliance with Prime Minister's Directive 16 in Nghi Loc district on April 11 is 23,100,000 VND./.
