As reported by Nghe An Newspaper, on April 2, a tragic accident occurred on National Highway 15, passing through Thuong Tan Loc Commune, Nam Dan District, leaving one person dead and one seriously injured. They were father and son Pham Van Truong (deceased), and his daughter Phan Thi Ly was seriously injured and is being treated at the Provincial General Hospital.
