(Baonghean.vn) - In order to encourage the forces performing the task of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in the border area, on April 21-22, the leaders of the Nghe An Border Guard Command directly visited and awarded collectives and individuals with achievements in performing the task of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in the two communes of Nam Can and Tam Hop.

At localities and border checkpoints, Colonel Le Nhu Cuong - Political Commissar of Nghe An Border Guard directly visited and encouraged officers, soldiers and forces on duty to be ready to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic. He highly appreciated the efforts of officers and soldiers at checkpoints, authorities and people of localities in implementing tasks and measures to prevent and fight the epidemic.

The leaders of the Nghe An Border Guard Command, officers and soldiers are instructed to continue strictly implementing the instructions of superiors and local authorities, and not to be negligent or subjective in the work of epidemic prevention and control. During the implementation of tasks, it is necessary to always pay attention to taking care of the health and lives of soldiers to carry out long-term tasks.

On this occasion, the Nghe An Border Guard Command awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 7 individuals with achievements in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in Nam Can commune, Ky Son district and Tam Hop commune, Tuong Duong district.
