At the conference, comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1960-QDNS/TW dated March 28, 2020 of the Politburo on the assignment of comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 14th term of Ninh Binh province to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and cease holding the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term; assigning comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee;

At the same time, the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1961-QDNS/TW dated March 28, 2020 of the Politburo on transferring comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Women's Union for the 2017-2022 term; assigning and appointing comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

Comrade Pham Minh Chinh - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission presented the Politburo's decisions to comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh and comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Pham Minh Chinh congratulated and believed that Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh would successfully complete her tasks in her new position. Regarding Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, the Head of the Central Organizing Committee believed that she would continue to inherit and promote achievements, promote capacity, quickly grasp the work tasks, lead the development of Ninh Binh province to be worthy of the people's trust, and successfully complete the Resolution of the 21st Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress.

Comrades Nguyen Thi Thanh and Nguyen Thi Thu Ha thanked the Party, Politburo, and Secretariat for their trust in assigning them tasks, and promised to strive to fulfill the development goals of Ninh Binh province in the new period.

It is known that comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha (born in 1970, in Ninh Binh city, Ninh Binh); professional qualifications: Associate Professor, Doctor of Psychology. Before being appointed to the position of Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Ha was a member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam Women's Union, Secretary of the Party Delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union. She is currently a delegate of the 14th National Assembly, term 2016 - 2021, belonging to the delegation of Bac Giang province.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh (born in 1967, from Yen Mo, Ninh Binh). In 2013, while she was an alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and Secretary of Yen Khanh District Party Committee, she was assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2011-2015 term. In 2015, she was re-elected as Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

Previously, the National Assembly Standing Committee also decided to accept comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh to work at the Delegation Affairs Committee and appointed her to the position of Deputy Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee under the National Assembly Standing Committee, starting from April 15, 2020.
