The content of the dispatch clearly states: Implementing Notice No. 177/TB-VPCP dated May 8, 2020 of the Government Office on implementing the conclusion of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at the Government Standing Committee meeting on Covid-19 prevention and control; based on the complicated developments of the epidemic situation in the world, the number of infections and deaths due to the epidemic remains high, and at the same time, to implement epidemic prevention measures to prevent the epidemic from breaking out again.

The Government Committee for Religious Affairs has asked religious leaders to guide and organize religious activities to return to normal but must ensure measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic.

In particular, for crowded religious activities, safety measures must be taken such as wearing masks, washing hands with sanitizer; implementing disinfection measures at religious establishments, ensuring ventilation and hygiene. Mobilizing religious dignitaries and followers who are foreigners or Vietnamese people abroad, especially from epidemic areas, to limit entry into Vietnam; all cases of entry must be quarantined for 14 days according to regulations to control the epidemic and prevent the disease from spreading to the community.

For medical examination facilities of religious organizations such as traditional medicine clinics, Tue Tinh Duong, clinics, etc., they are allowed to operate normally, monitor the health of people and followers in the community, serve, care for, and treat the poor and people in difficult circumstances; mobilize human resources of religious organizations to help local people affected by the epidemic.

The Government Committee for Religious Affairs also requested religious organizations to provide information and propaganda on the Church's websites about spiritual tourist attractions and religious establishments that are famous landscapes and scenic spots with practical and specific actions suitable to the local epidemic situation to promote domestic spiritual tourism and prepare to welcome international tourists to Vietnam to visit religious landscapes at the appropriate time when the Government opens its doors to international tourists.
