Ninh Binh:On May 14, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Hong Quang presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee appointing Mr. Bui Ngoc Quang, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Ninh Binh Newspaper, to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of Ninh Binh Newspaper from May 20, with a term of appointment of 5 years.

Lao Cai:On May 13, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dang Xuan Phong presented the Provincial Party Committee's decision on transferring Mr. Pham Toan Thang, member of the Party Executive Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and Head of the Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Committee, starting from May 15.

Quang Ninh:On May 13, the Dam Ha District Congress directly elected Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha to hold the position of Secretary of the Dam Ha District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The Congress also elected 37 people to the Dam Ha District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. The 25th Dam Ha District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term elected the District Party Committee Standing Committee of 11 people and elected 7 members of the District Party Committee Inspection Committee.

Ha Giang:On May 13, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Dung presented the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh, member of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the Dong Van District Party Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh ceased participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and ceased holding the position of Secretary of Dong Van District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.
