Nghe An youth continue to write beautiful stories about youth in the Ho Chi Minh era

Representing the young generation of the province, President of the Vinh University Student Association Phan Thi Quynh Trang was moved and proud to represent the youth of the province to express her feelings at the 130th Birthday Anniversary of beloved President Ho Chi Minh.

"...Today's young generation, especially the young people in his homeland, the two words "Uncle Ho" have an extremely sacred meaning, mentioned with pride and honor with friends all over the world about a son of the nation, a shining symbol of dedication, sacrifice, steadfast revolutionary spirit, spirit of independence and self-reliance, patriotism, passionate love for the people, revolutionary ethics of diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality, with a modest and simple style.

At the age of 21, young man Nguyen Tat Thanh left to find a way to save the country. For 30 years, he experienced many hardships and challenges in foreign lands, but he was determined not to give up in order to shape the Fatherland of today.

That image has become a sacred flame that illuminates the will, aspirations and motivation for generations of Vietnamese youth in general and Nghe An youth in particular to continue promoting the spirit of initiative, volunteerism and creativity in all fields, thereby writing beautiful stories about a generation of youth in the Ho Chi Minh era.

Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, under the guiding light of the Party, together with the youth of the whole country, Nghe An youth have been striving to compete, study, work, create, improve morality and train talent.

Implementing many meaningful revolutionary action movements with practical results, such as: "Youth volunteer for the community" movement to build charity houses, Red Scarf houses, playgrounds for children, and "Lighting up the countryside" projects.

Hundreds of bridges for people, receiving sponsorship support, taking care of hundreds of children in difficult circumstances, medical examination and treatment for people; the movement "Youth volunteers to protect the Fatherland" with youth volunteer teams from the grassroots participating in ensuring traffic safety and order, communicating and propagating the prevention of social evils, and volunteering to maintain order and security at the border.

In particular, in the application of scientific and technological advances, the "Creative Youth" movement attracts more and more young people to participate. Youth research is put into production, improving the quality of products and services.

Programs to accompany young people in establishing their careers and supporting young people in starting businesses have been strongly implemented with investment support of tens of billions of VND in capital to build and develop models and projects for young people in production and business...

Or recently, when the whole world joined hands to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic, we young people joined the medical staff, armed forces and people in the province to prevent and fight the epidemic, leaving many deep impressions in the community.

Through these movements, many typical examples and models have emerged in studying, training, working, contributing, and maturing. Many young people have reached out to the world and the region to acquire scientific knowledge, and some young people have silently sacrificed for a peaceful life.

Today's achievements and work are the result of the efforts and solidarity of the youth of the whole province, and are the highest expression of the infinite gratitude of our young generation to beloved Uncle Ho and to the deep concern of the Party committees and authorities at all levels.

In gratitude to Uncle Ho, Nghe An youth vows to have absolute trust and follow the path that the Party, Uncle Ho, and our predecessors have wisely chosen, vows to strive to compete, study, work, practice, cultivate a pure heart, train a bright mind, build great ambitions, promote the spirit of shock, volunteerism, creativity, dare to commit, contribute, ready to go anywhere, do anything with the principle of always putting the national interest first.

Honored to be the youth in Uncle Ho's homeland, Nghe An youth promise to try harder to be worthy successors of the glorious revolutionary cause that Uncle Ho, as well as our Party, have worked hard to cultivate and build.
