Releasing over 35,000 fish fry into Ban Ve hydroelectric lake
(Baonghean.vn) - During this period, about 35,000 fish fry with high economic benefits such as grass carp, bighead carp, common carp, bighead carp, and tilapia with a value of over 80 million VND were released into the Ban Ve hydroelectric reservoir.
On May 19, Ban Ve Hydropower Company in collaboration with the local government of Tuong Duong district organized the 2020 fish seed release ceremony.

During this period, about 35,000 fish fry with high economic benefits such as grass carp, bighead carp, common carp, bighead carp, and tilapia with a value of over 80 million VND were released into the Ban Ve hydroelectric reservoir.
Speaking at the fish release ceremony, Mr. Ta Huu Hung - Director of Ban Ve Hydropower Company affirmed that this is an annual activity with practical significance, gradually restoring and regenerating the currently declining aquatic resources, along with diversifying aquatic species in the local natural waters, creating livelihoods for people, contributing to stabilizing production and life for people, especially households in the area. In addition, the program also helps raise awareness and responsibility of the community in the protection and development of aquatic resources.
