Hot and dry weather, people in Nghe An highlands build their own tanks and install giant pipes to bring water to their villages
(Baonghean.vn) - In recent times, the prolonged heat has left the people of Khe Ngau village, Xa Luong commune (Tuong Duong) without water for daily activities. Instead of relying on the "heavens" and the State as before, the people have contributed money and labor to build a dam and install water pipes to the village.

Many days, they even bring their meals to eat right in the forest to reduce travel time because of the long and dangerous distance.
