On the afternoon of May 27, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department organized the 2020 civil servant and public employee assessment exam.
In the exam, civil servants go through 3 parts: General knowledge test on paper, 25 questions, test time 25 minutes; Writing and defending outlines, projects, programs, plans suitable for positions, jobs divided according to the fields civil servants are performing; Solving some real situations and incidents related to professional activities divided according to the fields civil servants are assigned to advise on.
Speaking at the opening of the assessment exam, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department emphasized that, implementing Plan No. 212-KH/TU, dated October 9, 2019 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on organizing the examination and assessment of civil servants of Party, State, Fatherland Front agencies and socio-political organizations in Nghe An province, accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department was selected as 1 of 4 pilot units to gain experience and direct implementation throughout the province.
This is an opportunity for civil servants to practice and improve their skills and expertise related to their work field. At the same time, based on the results of this assessment, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department will evaluate the cadres, have a plan to train and improve the professional qualifications and expertise of cadres and civil servants; arrange, mobilize, and rearrange the team in accordance with their professional qualifications and working capacity, contributing to improving the capacity and effectiveness of the propaganda work of the Provincial Party Committee to increasingly meet practical requirements./.
