Having 10 criminal records, still continues to steal tourists' property
(Baonghean.vn) - Having 10 previous convictions for theft, the "monster" still "returned to her old ways" by continuing to steal property from tourists.
On June 3, Cua Lo Town Police arrested Pham Thi Phu (born in 1977), residing in Nghi Tan Ward (Cua Lo Town) for the crime of “Theft of property”. It is worth mentioning that Phu has 10 previous convictions for this crime.

Previously, at around 4:00 a.m. on May 31, taking advantage of the time when everyone in the room was fast asleep, Phu sneaked in to steal property from tourists staying at the Trade Union Hotel and was arrested by the Criminal Police - Economic - Drug Team, Cua Lo Town Police.
Phu has 10 previous convictions for theft. Since her teens, the “monster” has been in trouble with the law many times. After serving her prison term and returning to her hometown in mid-2018, Pham Thi Phu has continued to steal property and has been discovered and brought to trial three times. The total sentence is more than 10 years in prison. Phu is currently raising an 18-month-old child and is on bail./.
