ST25 Rice - 'The best rice in the world' is available for the first time in Vinh City

ST25 is a fragrant rice variety researched and created by a group of authors including Engineer Ho Quang Cua, Dr. Tran Tan Phuong and Master Nguyen Thi Thu Huong. ST25 fragrant rice won the first prize for "World's Best Rice" in 2019 in the "World's Best Rice" Contest, organized by The Rice Trader (TRT) at the 11th "TRT world rice conference" in Manila (Philippines).

The characteristic of ST25 rice is that the grains are long and even, and clear white. When cooked, the rice grains do not burst, but only stretch out, are fragrant, and soft. According to researchers, the amount of protein in this type of rice is 10% higher than in regular rice, so it is very nutritious. ST-25 rice is safe and good for people with diabetes.
