Special exhibition on newspapers, leaflets, and Party documents in the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement

(Baonghean.vn) - With nearly 150 rare, vivid and authentic documents and images, the exhibition will recreate a development stage of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism in Nghe Tinh with significant contributions to the overall victory of the revolutionary movement in 1930-1931.

On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2020) and the awarding of the Nghe An Press Award 2019, on the morning of June 18, in Vinh City, the Department of Culture and Sports of Nghe An in coordination with the Department of Information and Communications, the Nghe An Provincial Journalists Association held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the thematic exhibition: "Some images of the Party's collection of newspapers, leaflets, and documents in the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement".

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Comrades of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Cao Thi Hien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Nam Dinh - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies. With nearly 150 rare, vivid and authentic documents and images, the Exhibition has recreated a development stage of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism in Nghe Tinh land with significant contributions to the overall victory of the revolutionary movement in 1930-1931.

This is a very meaningful activity contributing to promoting the value of the Party's collection of newspapers, leaflets and documents currently being preserved and displayed at the XVNT Museum, helping today's young generation understand more about a form of propaganda and mass mobilization of our Party in the years 1930-1931.

From June 19 to September 30, 2020, the exhibition will be open to visitors at the Nghe Tinh Soviet Museum, No. 10, Dao Tan Street, Vinh City, Nghe An Province.
