Dien Ngoc Housing and Commercial Service Area Project speeds up phase II progress

(Baonghean.vn) - The Dien Ngoc residential and commercial service project, located in Dien Ngoc commune, Dien Chau district, invested by Hai Van Company Limited, has completed phase I and is proving effective. Currently, the investor is actively speeding up the progress of phase II, striving to complete it by the end of 2020.

At this time, visiting the Dien Ngoc residential and commercial service project (Dien Chau) we saw many changes. The roads leading to the project area are all paved with flat asphalt, shaded by green trees. The outer plots of land have all been built with high-rise buildings and villas, especially the owners of these plots of land have all been effective in the service business sector. At night, the entire Dien Ngoc urban project area is brilliant with lights in the residential area, entertainment area, but few people know that this land used to be an abandoned salt field.
Currently, phase 1 of the project is in operation, initially creating a highlight for the coastal urban area of ​​Dien Chau district. With a total area of ​​31 hectares, a scale of 800 households, the investor has implemented more than 15 hectares, investing over 200 billion VND in construction, including main traffic routes connecting from National Highway 1 along the Bung River to the project, side roads, along with a green tree system, underground lighting; planning of a people's market.

Along with the residential area, the investor has built a 2-storey kindergarten worth 17 billion VND, a water park. During the project construction, Hai Van Company Limited has completed all procedures and tax obligations of the State according to regulations, paid land use fees, land rent, registration fees, land compensation fees, etc.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Van - Director of Hai Van Company Limited said: Since March 2020, Hai Van Company Limited has focused on implementing the construction of phase 2 of Dien Ngoc residential and commercial service area.
In this phase 2, the project will level nearly 7 hectares of land, investing in infrastructure worth hundreds of billions of VND.

Specifically, the construction of internal traffic routes of the project is nearly 8 km, the widest road is 24 m, the narrowest road is 15 m, all paved with asphalt. Construction of lighting items, drainage system, trees on both sides of the traffic roads. In particular, the land lots of phase II are designed diversely, the smallest is 150 - 250 m2 to build villas.

Dien Ngoc residential and commercial service project strives to ensure that customers enjoy the open space along the Bung River close to nature, while also benefiting from welfare facilities right at the project area.

Up to this point, the Dien Ngoc residential and commercial service project phase II has achieved over 60% progress and is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2020.

Previously, all the heart and soul was devoted to building the Dien Ngoc Residential and Commercial Service Area project, contributing to creating a highlight in the socio-economic development of the coastal area. In 2019, the project invested in building a water park and entertainment area. Since the Lunar New Year 2020, the project with an investment of over 50 billion VND has been put into use. The project is over 1 hectare wide, including items such as a water park, roller coaster, Ferris wheel, train, children's entertainment area, including a netball court, cafe...

This project meets the entertainment needs of the project's residential area and the people of the coastal communes of Dien Chau. Currently, the project is strictly implementing the technical requirements.
