Called girlfriend from Dien Chau to Quy Hop to rent a motel to sell drugs
(Baonghean.vn) - To deceive the authorities, Thieu invited his mistress from Dien Chau to Quy Hop, rented a motel to live and sell drugs. Thieu also invited a maid and paid her with drugs.
On June 23, the People's Court of Quy Hop district held a mobile trial in Chau Quang commune for the case of "Illegal drug trafficking" and "Failure to report a crime" against the defendants Phan Xuan Thieu (born in 1962), residing in Tam Hop commune (Quy Hop) and Nguyen Thi Hue (born in 1991), residing in Dien Trung commune (Dien Chau).

Thieu and Hue are a "fake" couple. Both are addicted to drugs. Since the end of 2019, Thieu invited Hue to Quy Hop to rent a motel in Hang Dua to live together and sell drugs. To have more followers, they hired Le Van Cuong (Nghia Thang commune - Nghia Dan) to help with the housework, paying him with drugs.
DayOn December 27, 2019, Hue and Thieu were sitting outside the motel room smoking opium when they were arrested by the police.
Checking the room, the police discovered 1 package of Methamphetamine weighing 18.75g and 4 packages of heroin weighing 2.81g in total.

Thieu confessed to selling drugs to many young people in the motel room.
The People's Court sentenced Phan Xuan Thieu to 7 years and 3 months in prison for "Illegal drug trafficking" and Nguyen Thi Hue to 6 months in prison for "Failure to report a crime".
