Tam Ky Stadium - a blessed land for SLNA
(Baonghean.vn) - At 5 PM on July 5th, Coach Ngo Quang Truong's team will face Quang Nam at Tam Ky Stadium, considered a "lucky ground" for SLNA in recent years.
According to statistics, since the 2014 season, Quang Nam has hosted SLNA a total of 7 times in all competitions (6 matches in V.League, 1 time in the National Cup). The specific results are as follows: Quang Nam won 1, drew 4, and lost 2.

In their first two seasons in the V.League, the Quang Nam team suffered defeats against the Nghe An team at home, with scores of 0-3 (V.League 2014) and 0-1 (V.League 2015) respectively.
The only time so far that the fans at Tam Ky Stadium have enjoyed complete joy was the 2-0 victory of Dinh Thanh Trung and his teammates against SLNA in Round 23 of the V.League 2016. It's worth noting that before that match, the visiting team had no goals left to strive for.

In the first leg of the 2018 V.League season, the Nghe An team took the lead thanks to a goal from Phan Van Duc (30th minute). However, the efforts of the home team's players were rewarded with an equalizer from foreign player Claudecir (57th minute), making the score 1-1.
Last season, in the final round of the V.League 2019, SLNA unfortunately drew with Quang Nam. However, questionable decisions by referee Hoang Anh Tuan allowed Dinh Thanh Trung and his teammates to stage a successful comeback, resulting in a 2-2 draw.
