On July 4, the Central Organizing Committee's working delegation led by Comrade Pham Minh Chinh - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee had a working session with the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.

At the conference, on behalf of the Politburo, comrade Pham Minh Chinh presented Decision No. 2193-QD/TW of the Politburo on comrade Duong Thanh Binh - member of the Central Executive Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ca Mau province, member of the Standing Committee of the 14th National Assembly, ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and ceasing to hold the position of Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term, at the same time transferring and assigning comrade Duong Thanh Binh to work at the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and appointing him to participate as a member of the Party Delegation of the 14th National Assembly.
Previously, comrade Duong Thanh Binh was elected by the 14th National Assembly as a member of the National Assembly Standing Committee and held the position of Head of the National Assembly's Petition Committee.

Also at the conference, comrade Pham Minh Chinh presented Decision No. 2225-QD/TW dated July 3, 2020 of the Politburo on approving comrade Nguyen Tien Hai - Deputy Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, term 2015-2020.
Previously, on June 25, the 9th term Party Executive Committee of Ca Mau province held its 26th session to elect the position of Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Executive Committee elected comrade Nguyen Tien Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term with an absolute number of votes (100%).
Comrade Nguyen Tien Hai was born on August 31, 1965; hometown: Tan Thanh commune, Ca Mau city, Ca Mau province; qualifications: Master of Public Administration, Bachelor of Politics. Comrade Nguyen Tien Hai has held the following positions: Deputy Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union, Chief of Office of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Cai Nuoc District Party Committee, Director of the Department of Justice, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee.
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Pham Minh Chinh emphasized: Comrade Duong Thanh Binh and comrade Nguyen Tien Hai are cadres who have received basic training and grown up from the grassroots, and have made great contributions throughout their working process. Regardless of their positions, they have always strived to fulfill their tasks well and have gained the trust of the Party Committee, army and people of Ca Mau province.
