Opening of the preparatory session of the Congress of Delegates of Dien Chau District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term
(Baonghean.vn) - The preparatory session is an important step to contribute to the successful organization of the 31st Congress of Dien Chau District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
On the afternoon of July 14, the Dien Chau District Party Committee held the opening session of the 31st District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.
Attending the preparatory session were members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Nguyen Xuan Hai - Director of the Department of Finance; Ho Le Ngoc - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; and representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Party committees.

Speaking at the opening of the preparatory session, comrade Chu The Huyen - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dien Chau district emphasized that the preparatory session is an important preparation step to contribute to the successful organization of the 31st Congress of the Dien Chau District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
Therefore, delegates promoted the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and focused on discussion to ensure the goals and requirements set forth by the congress.

At the preparatory session, delegates voted to elect the Congress Presidium consisting of 07 comrades; and the Congress Secretariat consisting of 02 comrades. The preparatory session approved the working program; regulations, working regulations of the Congress and disseminated the basic contents of the Party's Election Regulations.
The preparatory session also heard the Presidium's report summarizing comments on: Documents of the 13th National Congress of the Party; Political report of the 19th Provincial Party Congress; Report on the draft Action Program to implement the resolution of the 31st District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025; Discussion and comments on documents of higher levels.

The 31st Congress of Dien Chau District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 took place on July 14 and 15, with important contents such as: The Congress will elect the 31st District Party Committee Executive Committee and elect a delegation to attend the 19th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
The Congress approved the Political Report of the 31st Executive Committee of the Dien Chau District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; Reviewed the leadership of the 31st Executive Committee of the District Party Committee.
The Congress will focus on determining appropriate directions, setting out goals, tasks, and solutions to strive for Dien Chau to develop rapidly, comprehensively, and sustainably, maintaining its position among the top in Nghe An province.

According to the program, the official session of the 31st Congress of Dien Chau District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 will open tomorrow morning, July 15, 2020.
