Land and site clearance sector

- Voter Ho Dien Thuc (Quynh Luong commune, Quynh Luu district) reported that in 1997, Quynh Luong commune mobilized his family to exchange land to build a campus for the commune's primary and secondary schools. However, during the conversion process, his family still lacked 186m2and has not yet supported money to build a house. Therefore, voters request that the authorities consider, resolve, and ensure the rights of his family.

- Voter Nguyen Thanh Vinh (Hoi Son commune, Anh Son district) reported that in Khai Son commune, there are 28 shops and kiosks that violate traffic safety corridors on the Ho Chi Minh trail and must be dismantled and the premises returned, but currently only 7 shops and kiosks have been dismantled, the remaining 21 shops and kiosks have not been dismantled. However, there is a section from Ngoc Huy bridge to Quynh Phuong that is still a dirt road, and requested attention to investing in this section.

- Voter Dinh Quang Dung (Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city) reflected that the planning of Le Mao street extending to Luc Nien street has been going on for 15 years but has not been implemented, affecting the lives of the people. Request the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Vinh City People's Committee to have a plan to soon construct this road.

- Voter Ho Duc Thanh (Hung Loc commune, Vinh city) reported that people planted trees and vegetables on the traffic safety corridor at the intersection of Hai Thuong Lan Ong and Truong Van Linh streets, causing traffic congestion.
