Truck driver in critical condition after collision with train.
(Baonghean.vn) - The accident occurred at 9:30 AM on July 25th, on the North-South railway line, in the section passing through Hamlet 3, Nghi Long commune (Nghi Loc district).
According to eyewitnesses at the scene, at the time of the incident, a cargo truck was traveling from National Highway 1A and turning into Nghi Long commune, Nghi Loc district, when it suddenly collided with train number D18E - 605, which was traveling from North to South.

The powerful collision caused the cargo truck to be dragged by the train for over 100 meters. The truck driver was in critical condition and was immediately taken to the hospital by local residents.
At the scene, the freight truck was severely damaged, with parts crumpled. The front of the train was also dented.
Authorities in Nghi Loc district are currently on the scene to handle the incident.
