Body of 7th grade male student who drowned in Lam River found
(Baonghean.vn) - After playing soccer with friends, a male student living in Vinh City went to Lam River to swim and was swept away by the water.
On the afternoon of July 28, 2020, rescuers found the body of Duy, a 7th grade student residing in Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city, more than 1km from the area where he drowned.

According to information, on the afternoon of July 27, Duy asked his family to go play soccer with his friends. Afterwards, Duy went to Lam River to swim and was swept away by the water at a sand wharf, near a shipyard, in Hung Hoa Commune, Vinh City.

After the incident, upon receiving the news, the provincial rescue force sent human resources and specialized vehicles to coordinate with local forces to organize search and rescue on Lam River.
