Political and ideological education work in general, and propaganda work in particular, are different at different times, for different agencies, organizations, and individuals. In other words, propaganda work is more specific than common in each type of grassroots Party organization. Therefore, to do propaganda work well at the present time requires propaganda staff to have a different amount of information and methods of providing it to listeners.

The proverb says:"To be able to speak and write, one must have three books in one's stomach and a thousand miles of mountains and rivers in one's eyes."To have 3 books, the propaganda officer must read, study, go to the field, summarize from reality to supplement the theoretical treasure, to make his "3 books" thicker. Once he has 3 books, the propaganda officer needs to cultivate and train himself to be pure and healthy to be able to convey information to the listener (because the listener often looks at what the speaker (propaganda officer) has done and how he has done it before listening to what the propaganda officer says and following what the propaganda officer says.

For party committees at all levels, it is necessary to pay attention to selecting a team of reporters who are both red and professional, and regularly pay attention to training in ethics, professional expertise, and implementing policies for the team of reporters so that they love their jobs and people more. For reporters, it is necessary to be dedicated and enthusiastic about their work, respect listeners, and be responsible for matters of principle...

Innovation in studying and implementing the Resolution

Deeply aware that studying the Party's directives and resolutions is one of the important requirements and tasks contributing to raising awareness, creating unity within the Party, and consensus among the people, in recent times, the province has always focused on innovation, improving the quality of studying resolutions, contributing to bringing the Party's resolutions into life. Clearly aware of that, the propaganda, dissemination and implementation of resolutions in recent years have been focused on innovation by the Anh Son District Party Committee's Propaganda Department in the direction of diversifying organizational forms and applying information technology in studying and implementing the Party's resolutions.

Every year, the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department organizes Reporters' Conferences to inform about domestic and international current affairs and some Party directives and resolutions for the town's reporters; Party secretaries of communes and towns; Party secretaries, reporters, and Party cell committees of agencies... To increase the depth of the reporting content at the conferences, the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department has coordinated with a number of agencies, departments and branches to propagate a number of specialized topics in a number of fields. With diverse forms of implementation, dissemination and study, it has helped cadres, party members and people save time and travel costs but has created a high spread. Thereby contributing to raising awareness and trust of all classes of people in the Party, promptly refuting the wrong views of hostile forces; creating political stability, maintaining national defense and security in the area.

The strong development of information technology has placed increasing demands on the timely provision of official information on the Party's policies and guidelines to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life. Studying, propagating and applying the Party's directives and resolutions into life plays a very important role. Therefore, along with innovating the form, reporters are required to regularly update information and grasp the correct orientation of public opinion. Innovating propaganda work is not just a task for a day or two but must be identified as a regular and central task of propaganda work at all levels in the coming time.

Ms. Cao Thi Minh Nguyet - Head of Propaganda Department of Thai Hoa City Party Committee:
Effectiveness of the News Club

It can be said that the establishment of the News Club in Thai Hoa town is a new feature in oral propaganda work. In fact, after nearly 10 years of operation of the News Club in Thai Hoa town, we have seen that members all have the need to receive information, participate in serious activities, ensure the number, even some elderly people, poor health, on rainy and windy, hot days still participate in activities very actively. After receiving in the town, the club members have actively propagated at the grassroots level, creating a certain influence on the orientation of information according to the policy of the Party Committee, especially on topics in the fields of politics, economics, national defense, security; propagating official news information so that members, Party members and people can grasp it in time, improve their knowledge and trust, be vigilant against the plots and tricks of hostile forces, contributing to creating social stability.

In particular, since 2019, seeing the practical effectiveness of the Town News Club, a number of town mass organizations have established their own news clubs and organized quite effective activities such as the Town Women's Union, the Town Veterans Association, the Town Youth Union, etc.

The actual effectiveness of the Thai Hoa Town News Club has become a satellite for organizations, localities and units in the area to establish news clubs suitable to the characteristics of each unit. Currently, in addition to the town news club, there are more than 10 other clubs that carry out the propaganda of news information, increasingly contributing significantly to strengthening oral propaganda at the grassroots level, helping to stabilize ideology in the town.

Contribute more valuable and useful resources

On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Party's Propaganda Sector's Traditional Day (August 1, 1930 - August 1, 2020), the Propaganda Department of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee published the book History of 90 years of Propaganda Sector of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee (1930 - 2020). The book was carefully and seriously compiled, highlighting the activities of the Propaganda Sector of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee over the past 90 years. Right from the years before the Party's founding, propaganda work actively prepared the premise of political ideology and unified the will for the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Since the establishment of the Party, the Propaganda Department of Nghe An Party Committee has done a good job in political and ideological work, mobilizing and gathering people from all walks of life to stand up and follow the Party, contributing to the overall victory of the Vietnamese revolution. At the same time, the content of the book has summarized lessons learned from propaganda work, contributing to political and ideological education, arousing pride, motivating cadres and party members in the entire Party Committee, especially the propaganda team, to promote tradition and continue to strive to excellently complete their tasks.

At the same time, it acknowledges the contributions of cadres and party members working in the field of propaganda during the period of fighting to gain and maintain power, building and defending the homeland, and implementing the renovation policy. It also contributes valuable and useful documents to help party committees at all levels, especially cadres, civil servants, public employees,... interested in the Party's propaganda field to study, apply, and improve the quality and effectiveness of ideological and propaganda work in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
