Closing ceremony of the 23rd Congress of Ky Son District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025

On the afternoon of July 31, after 1.5 days of serious and responsible work, the 23rd Congress of Ky Son District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development" completed the proposed content and program and closed.

The Congress discussed in depth, reached consensus and approved the draft Political Report and Review Report. The Congress assessed and affirmed the achieved results, at the same time frankly pointed out shortcomings and limitations, deeply analyzed the causes of shortcomings and drew valuable lessons from the past term; determined the goals, targets, directions, tasks and solutions for implementation in the 2020 - 2025 term.

The Congress discussed and approved a report synthesizing comments on the draft Political Report of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and draft documents to be submitted to the 13th National Party Congress.

The Congress unanimously approved the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term with the general goals of: Strengthening the great solidarity of all ethnic groups; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee, building a strong Party and political system; promoting democracy, comprehensive strength for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security and strengthening foreign affairs; implementing social security well; effectively exploiting the potential advantages of the district, striving to build Ky Son to soon escape poverty and develop sustainably.

(Baonghean.vn) - Comrade Vi Hoe was elected by the 23rd Party Executive Committee to continue holding the position of District Party Committee Secretary for the 2020-2025 term. Comrades Ly Ba Thai and Nguyen Huu Minh were elected to continue holding the position of Deputy District Party Committee Secretaries.

The congress elected 13 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates to attend the 19th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress.

In his closing speech at the Congress, Comrade Vi Hoe - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Ky Son District Party Committee emphasized: To realize the orientation and policies of the Congress, Party committees at all levels and organizations in the political system from district to grassroots level need to quickly bring the Congress Resolution into life through propaganda and widespread dissemination of the Congress results at all levels, sectors, cadres, Party members and people.

Especially the orientations, goals, targets, directions, tasks and solutions that need to be focused on and strived to implement from now until 2025; to make the Resolution truly enter the lives of Party members, cadres and people, creating a vibrant and widespread emulation movement throughout the Party and people.

The Party Committee and the political system immediately began to effectively organize and implement the Action Program, concretizing it into programs, plans, projects, and specialized resolutions to successfully implement the Resolution of the 23rd Congress.

The Secretary of the Ky Son District Party Committee emphasized the need to launch an emulation movement throughout the Party Committee, the district's political system, to the grassroots level, functional branches and all the people of the district to implement the Resolution of the 23rd District Party Congress, to achieve achievements to welcome the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the 13th National Party Congress.

The Congress called on all cadres, party members, soldiers of the armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in the district to continue to promote heroic traditions, uphold the spirit of self-reliance and self-strengthening, and strive to successfully complete the Resolution of the 23rd Ky Son District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.
