At 4:00 p.m. on July 31, the investigation team received information that the suspect would take a bus to transport drugs through Tien Phong commune, Que Phong district. The task force coordinated with the provincial traffic police to develop a detailed plan to solve the case.
At 9:00 p.m. the same day, when the passenger bus traveling from Que Phong to Hanoi was surrounded, the working group of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 signaled to stop the vehicle. At this time, the detectives quickly rushed into the vehicle to check and successfully controlled the subject Ha Van Dai (born in 1979, residing in Chau Kim commune, Que Phong district), seizing 1 heroin cake and 9,500,000 VND from him.
At the police station, the subject initially confessed to his actions. Currently, Que Phong District Police are continuing to investigate and expand the case.
