Storm No. 2 weakens into tropical depression

According to the North Central Hydrometeorological Station, at 1 p.m., the center of the tropical depression was at 19.6 degrees North latitude; 105.7 degrees East longitude, on the mainland along the coast of Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa provinces. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 6 (40-50km/hour),level 8.

Forecast for the next 12 hours,The low pressure area moved in a West Northwest direction, about 15km per hour, went deep inland and gradually weakened into a low pressure area over Upper Laos.
