Handing over the Decision on transfer and appointment of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Hoang Mai City Party Committee
(Baonghean.vn) - Comrade Le Truong Giang - Director of Nghe An Provincial Social Insurance was assigned by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee; Comrade Nguyen Huu An - Deputy Director of the Department of Transport was assigned by the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term.
On the morning of August 5, Hoang Mai Town Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the transfer and appointment of comrade Le Truong Giang - Director of Nghe An Provincial Social Insurance to hold the position of Secretary of Hoang Mai Town Party Committee and comrade Nguyen Huu An - Deputy Director of the Department of Transport to participate in the Executive Committee of the Town Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Hoang Mai Town Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term.
Attending the ceremony were comrade: Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council. Comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee: Bui Thanh An - Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Ngoc Kim Nam - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Nguyen Nam Dinh - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies; Phan Duc Dong - Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee. Also attending were leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders of Hoang Mai town. On the side of Vietnam Social Security, there was comrade Pham Luong Son - Deputy General Director.

At the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son presented Decision No. 3774 - QD/TU dated July 29, 2020, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint comrade Le Truong Giang - Director of Nghe An Provincial Social Insurance to hold the position of Secretary of Hoang Mai Town Party Committee, comrade Le Truong Giang handed over the work and received a new assignment from August 5, 2020.
Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son also presented Decision No. 3775-QD/TU dated July 29, 2020, appointing comrade Nguyen Huu An - Deputy Director of the Department of Transport to join the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee, term 2015 - 2020; Comrade Nguyen Huu An handed over the work and received a new assignment from August 5, 2020.

Presenting the decision and congratulating the two comrades, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son highly appreciated the contributions of comrades Le Truong Giang and Nguyen Huu An over the past years. At the same time, he emphasized that being trusted by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to appoint them to hold the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee is an honor but also a great responsibility for comrades Le Truong Giang and Nguyen Huu An.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also hopes that in their new positions, comrades Le Truong Giang and Nguyen Huu An will quickly approach the work, grasp the situation, grasp the functions and tasks, innovate working methods and styles, together with the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee, maintain solidarity, leadership cohesion, and consensus among the people, promote advantages and achieved results, overcome limitations and difficulties to build Hoang Mai Town to develop in all aspects, and build Hoang Mai into a growth pole of the province.

First of all, it is necessary to work with the leadership of Hoang Mai town to perform well the three major tasks: Carry out the "dual" task of both preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic and promoting production and socio-economic development; successfully organize the Congress of Hoang Mai town Party Committee for the term 2020 - 2025 and deploy solutions to complete the socio-economic targets in 2020 and set out directions, tasks and solutions for socio-economic development of Hoang Mai town in the period 2020 - 2025. Along with that, it is necessary to take care of training and fostering a team of cadres to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee to support and assist; and relevant agencies to coordinate and assist the new Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee to successfully complete their tasks.
