Nghe An Provincial Military Command started building a house for soldiers in difficult circumstances in Anh Son.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 3, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command started construction of a comrade house for the family of professional Captain Phan Viet Tu - a Weapons officer, Anh Son District Military Command. Attending the groundbreaking ceremony was Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.
Captain Phan Viet Tu has a particularly difficult family situation. His wife has a serious illness and his children are still in school. The family lives in a dilapidated house that cannot be repaired.
Understanding that situation, at the request of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, Military Region 4 made a report and was considered by the Ministry of National Defense to support the construction of a house for comrade Phan Viet Tu's family with an amount of 80 million VND, taken from the "For the Poor" fund of the Ministry of National Defense.

The level 4 house will be built on an area of 120 square meters, with an estimated value of more than 200 million VND. In addition to the support from the Ministry of National Defense, the Anh Son District Military Command supported more than 100 working days. The remaining amount was saved by Comrade Tu's family and supported by family and relatives.
The project is expected to be inaugurated on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 30th anniversary of National Defense Day (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2020).
