The Management Trainee (MT) Program is a youth talent development program that is often organized and implemented by businesses with a systematic and long-term human resource strategy. The program requires a large and long-term investment in both resources and time to find - discover - develop talented young people with leadership qualities to become future managers of the business. Not only known as the best place to work in Vietnam, Vinamilk is also one of the few Vietnamese businesses that organize the MT program and receive great attention from young people.

The training and development process of a Trainee Administrator lasts 18 months, in which Vinamilk will outline a clear rotation path for you with many challenges. With the goal of becoming a manager of the Company, you will not only experience the actual work but also be given the opportunity to participate in large projects. This requires you to learn and practice from the perspective of administrators. The challenge will be greater when you need to assert yourself in a large organization in both scale and position like Vinamilk, the leading nutrition company in Vietnam. But this is also the attraction of the program for young people with ambition and determination to develop themselves.

With the orientation of implementing the program to search and develop future managers, a selection process consisting of 5 challenging rounds has been carefully designed by Vinamilk. These rounds aim to evaluate candidates in the following aspects: leadership qualities, logical thinking, creativity, adaptability, team spirit, etc.

In the most recent organization, Vinamilk's "Administrator Trainee" program attracted nearly 1,500 applications. Overcoming challenging rounds, the most outstanding faces were selected to become Vinamilk's Administrator Trainees. Up to now, this team has held important positions in many different departments such as Business, Marketing, Finance - Accounting, Strategic Planning, Supply Chain, etc.
