'Patient 736' stayed in Nghe An before being diagnosed with Covid-19

On the evening of August 6, the Nghe An Provincial Department of Health announced that it had sprayed disinfectants at the Muong Thanh Phuong Dong Hotel (Vinh City) and several places that "patient 736" had visited during his stay in Vinh City, as well as the homes of people he had met. Authorities are also investigating the epidemic related to "patient 736". This patient is 39 years old and lives in Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City.
The results of the epidemiological investigation showed that from July 13 to July 17, this man stayed in a private room at Tam Ky Toll Station and had daily contact with station staff wearing masks. On July 18, he returned home by personal motorbike. On the mornings of July 19 and 20, he took his wife to Bac My An market but stood outside the market....
At 6:00 p.m. on July 23, I went to Vinh City by car with a driver and 2 colleagues, stopping at T and T Dong Ha Hotel (Quang Tri). On the morning of July 24, I ate at a sidewalk restaurant in Dong Ha (Quang Tri) and then arrived in Vinh City at 6:00 p.m. on July 24, staying in room 0916, Muong Thanh Phuong Dong Hotel.
Specifically, during his stay at this hotel, from 6:00 p.m. on July 24 to 5:00 p.m. on July 25, he stayed in the hotel room, had dinner, breakfast, and lunch at the hotel's first-floor restaurant. From 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on July 25, two friends drove from Hung Phuc (Hung Nguyen) to pick him up at the hotel and took him to eat at Hoa Son Bon Quan restaurant, located at 777, Le Mao extended street. He then returned to the hotel.
From the morning of July 26 to 7:00 a.m. on July 27, I stayed at the hotel and did not go anywhere. At 7:00 a.m. on July 27, I went to Dong Loc Junction (Ha Tinh), then returned to Quang Nam and stayed at the toll station from July 27 to July 30. At 11:00 a.m. on July 30, I returned home in Da Nang by motorbike.

From July 30 to August 3, he stayed at home with his family. At 9:00 a.m. on August 3, he went to the Son Tra District Health Center for a medical examination and had his sample taken for testing. The test results later showed that the patient was positive for Covid-19;
Up to now, Nghe An Department of Health has identified 121 people who are hotel staff who came into contact with the patient during his stay in Vinh City, including 13 F1 and 108 F2. All 121 people have been tested and quarantined according to regulations.
According to the report, on July 24, there were 229 guests staying at Muong Thanh Phuong Dong Hotel. On July 25, there were 291 guests staying. On July 26, there were 103 guests staying. On July 27, there were 104 guests staying. From July 24 until now, room 0916 has had 2 groups staying.
And at Hoa Son Bon Quan restaurant(address 777 Le Mao extended, Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city) participated in the meal with 5 people, in which in addition to the patient and 2 people in the group, there were 2 people residing in Nghe An. Currently, 1 person has been quarantined and tested. The remaining person left Nghe An since August 3 and is being quarantined in Kien Giang.
Meanwhile, at this restaurant, there are 3 employees identified as F1 and 16 people as F2.
Currently, Nghe An health authorities are still urgently organizing epidemiological investigations, exploiting information and taking samples for testing for 132 people in contact with the case. At the same time, they continue to monitor the health of the investigated cases and investigate related cases.
