Based on the personnel plan prepared by the District Party Executive Committee, term XXVIII, 2015 - 2020 and agreed by the congress on the number of members of the District Party Executive Committee, term XXIX, 2020 - 2025 with 37 comrades, of which 36 comrades were directly elected at the congress (1 vacancy); the delegates voted to elect the Hung Nguyen District Party Executive Committee, term XXIX, 2020 - 2025.
As a result, the Congress elected 36 comrades to the Party Executive Committee of Hung Nguyen district, term XXIX, 2020 - 2025.

At the first meeting, the Party Executive Committee of Hung Nguyen district elected 10 comrades to the Standing Committee of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee, term XXIX, 2020 - 2025.
Also at the first conference, the Party Executive Committee of Hung Nguyen district, term XXIX, elected comrades: Pham Quoc Viet and Le Pham Hung to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term; elected the District Party Committee Inspection Committee consisting of 5 comrades and elected comrade Phan Huu Hung - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the District Party Committee Inspection Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
The congress also elected a delegation to attend the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, including 12 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate.
