*DThanh Chuong district committee completedThe 31st Congress of Delegates, term 2020 - 2025with the participation of 265 official delegates, representing more than 13,400 party members of 71 grassroots party organizations in the entire Party Committee.

Speaking at the Congress,Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committeecongratulate, commend and appreciate the achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Thanh Chuong district in the past term.
The Provincial Party Secretary also pointed out shortcomings and limitations that need to be promptly overcome; the district needs to analyze and clarify the contents of the pillars of the economy, clearly identify the potentials and strengths to build the district's general planning and other related planning, as a basis for issuing resolutions and projects to implement strategic breakthroughs and key programs to bring Thanh Chuong to develop quickly and sustainably.

He noted that in the coming term, Nghia Dan needs to pay attention to building human resources. *COn the afternoon of August 12, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a conference.get comments from scientists, intellectuals, artistson the draft political report of the 18th Provincial Party Executive Committee to be submitted to the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. There were 14 comments contributed at the conference, in which the delegates basically agreed with the draft Congress documents.
To improve the quality of the Congress's political report, the dignitaries, scientists, and artists have raised their sense of responsibility in giving comments on a number of issues, such as: the draft structure; limitations, causes, and lessons learned in the leadership and management of Party committees and authorities at all levels in the past term; forecasting the situation, determining goals, targets, tasks, solutions, and breakthrough areas for the coming term.
