The training conference was divided into 3 classes for 3 groups of people: full-time Fatherland Front officials at district and commune levels and heads of the Front working committees of blocks, hamlets and villages. The classes were held on 2 days, August 26 and 27.

The content includes 6 topics: Instructions on the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term IX, 2019 - 2024 and Notice on the implementation of the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term IX; Improving the quality and effectiveness of patriotic emulation campaigns and movements launched by the Fatherland Front; Mobilizing the management and use of funds, building community self-management models; Social supervision and criticism work; The Fatherland Front with the work of giving opinions on Party and government building and chairing the organization of dialogue conferences between Party committees and governments at all levels with the people...

A new feature at this training conference is that trainees are also trained in editing skills, writing articles for newspapers and social networking sites to increase the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its members.

Accordingly, at the training course, the trainees listened and had a deeper understanding of the roles, functions, tasks, powers, principles and operational skills of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
