At 4:30 p.m. on August 22, at Lien Tan hamlet, Tho Hop commune (Quy Hop), the police force caught red-handed Kem Van Tung (born in 1979), residing in Ken village, Chau Loc commune, for illegally buying and selling drugs, seizing 2,000 synthetic drug pills, 1 motorbike, and 1 mobile phone.
Expand the project, the police investigation agencyQuy Hop District Policeissued an emergency detention order for Lo Van Xoan (born in 1980), residing in Chang village, Chau Thuan commune (Quy Chau), and confiscated 1 motorbike and 1 mobile phone.
At the police station, the suspects initially confessed to their crimes.
