(Baonghean.vn) - To catch a Laotian man with a large amount of drugs brought to Vietnam for consumption, the authorities had to work hard to investigate and pursue him.

At 10:20 a.m. on September 10, in Bon village area, Tam Thanh commune, Quan Son district, Thanh Hoa province, implementing the combat plan of Project A1 - 620.2, the force of Group 1, the Department of Anti-Terrorism and Crime Prevention (Border Guard Command) coordinated with the Department of Anti-Terrorism and Crime Prevention, Border Guard Station.Thong Thu(Nghe An Provincial Border Guard); Department of Drug Crime Prevention and Control, Tam Thanh Border Guard Station (Thanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard), arrested Kham Xanh (born in 1969), residing in Vieng Khun village, Sam To district, Hua Phan province (Laos) for illegally transporting drugs. At the scene, detectives seized evidence of 12,000 synthetic drug pills.

According to initial statements, the subject stored the above drugs to resell for profit.
Currently, the joint force is completing the dossier; handing over the person and evidence to Thanh Hoa Provincial Police to continue investigating and handling according to the law.
