SLNA 'furnace' trains basic satellites
(Baonghean.vn) - Before the domestic football tournaments are about to return, the Department of Culture and Sports in coordination with Song Lam Nghe An Football Club organized a professional training course for coaches at grassroots gifted football classes across the province.
In recent years, SLNA is one of the training centers that has left a strong mark in national youth tournaments. In which, tournaments such as Children & Youth (U11 & U13), National U15,Nghe An youth footballboth continuously won the highest position.
To achieve these achievements, the role of the “satellite” coaches at the grassroots level is extremely important. They are the ones who teach, select and train young talents at the age of U10 from 21 districts, towns and cities across the province before they are selected to enter the SLNA training center.

As part of the program to improve the professional qualifications of grassroots football coaches in districts, cities and towns across the province. From September 12, the Department of Culture and Sports in coordination with SLNA Club organized a professional training course for coaches at grassroots football classes in the province.
The training course includes 25 coaches who are officers of the Cultural and Sports Centers of districts and cities across the province (Yen Thanh, Thanh Chuong, Do Luong, Anh Son, Tan Ky, Quy Hop, Thai Hoa Town, Nghia Dan, Son Hai (Quynh Luu), Vinh City, Nghi Loc, Hoang Mai Town, Dien Chau, Quynh Luu, Hung Nguyen, Nam Dan).

The technical part is taught by Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh - lecturer of Vietnam Football Federation, experienced coaches of Youth Training Department. The parts related to competition rules and referees are taught by former national referee, Coach Nguyen Dinh Nghia - Deputy Executive Director of Song Lam Nghe An Club, Referee Supervisor of Vietnam Football Federation.
As planned in mid-November 2020,SLNA Clubwill organize the U10 Football Tournament for all 25 gifted classes in the province. Besides the traditional Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth Football Tournament, this is a tournament to evaluate the training quality of SLNA's satellites and for the team to select talents for next year.
Looking back at a happy and sad season of SLNA youth football
(Baonghean.vn) - Despite the rise of other youth football training centers such as PVF, Hanoi, HAGL, Viettel, the SLNA training center has maintained its position in recent years. Although there are still weaknesses, 2019 is still considered a fairly successful year.
