On September 15-16, the inspection team chaired by the Department of Home Affairs inspected the administrative reform work at the Nghe An Department of Health. Comrade Tran Quoc Chung, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, was the head of the team; the team included representatives from relevant departments, agencies and sectors.

During 2 days, the Inspection Team led by the Department of Home Affairs conducted an inspection at the agency.Health serviceand Vinh City General Hospital. The inspection team highly appreciated the workadministrative reformIn general, administrative procedure reform of the Department of Health in particular.

Accordingly, the Department of Health has directed its departments, offices and affiliated units to seriously implement administrative reform according to the plan issued by the People's Committee of Nghe An province. The one-stop mechanism in handling administrative procedures has been implemented in an orderly manner, the quality of handling administrative procedures for organizations and citizens has been increasingly improved, with no late files.

Comrade Tran Quoc Chung suggested that the Department of Health continue to do a good job of arranging, streamlining the payroll, and perfecting the apparatus by promoting autonomy in public service units; strengthening inspection and examination work in public and non-public units in conjunction with rectifying and handling violations of public ethics, administrative discipline and order; continuing to modernize administration by strengthening facilities for the reception, result return, and administrative departments.

The inspection team also recorded the opinions exchanged by the Department of Health and Vinh City General Hospital regarding difficulties in administrative reform, administrative procedure reform, especially the shortcomings between units in the medical sector and outside the sector./.
