Faced with the overload of construction waste, Vinh City People's Committee issued Document No. 4440/UBND-QLDT dated August 7, 2020 to relevant units on the implementation of the "Project for temporary construction waste dumping sites in Vinh City". In particular, the city assigned the People's Committees of Hung Hoa and Hung Loc communes to preside over and coordinate with research units to select locations for planning temporary construction waste dumping sites, minimizing the indiscriminate dumping of construction waste on the roads.
